Nimbus Warning Light System®- Additional Blind Spot Elimination and Reversing Safety

What is a Nimbus Warning Light System®?

The Nimbus Warning Light System® is a dual light system, which we believe provides a valuable addition to both blind spot elimination and reversing safety.

The system provides a complete line of amber light along both sides of the vehicle, which stays on below a predetermined speed. It if goes over that speed the lights do not work.

When the vehicle is turning left or right, the amber lights on the corresponding side flash in a different flash pattern. The opposite side then turns off to highlight the manoeuvre. The amber lights do not work if the hazard lights are being used, to avoid confusion.

When reverse gear is selected the amber lights will not operate, but the white lights will override the function. This will provide a complete uninterrupted ring of light around the vehicle, making reversing a much safer manoeuvre.

The red rear canopy lights work only on the side lights, which automatically switch off when in reverse.

This system is completely controlled by its patent applied for ECU, which controls all the inputs and has a vehicle specific wiring harness.
