Amber Valley Moulding Division was founded in 2005, with a clear objective to bring all moulded parts in-house, thus supplying our parent company with all the parts they required without delivery disruption or defects.
In 2010 the increasing demand for parts required relocation to bigger premises, solely dedicated to Injection Moulding. From this point onwards the moulding division has expanded and adapted to an ever changing market.
We now not only support our in-house automotive commitment but we now supply our services to many trades varying from point of sale, to fishing tackle manufactures. We even have an ongoing contract to mould chewing gum!
We offer a complete service for Plastic Injection Moulding Parts in High or Low volumes–from product design, prototyping, injection moulding, assembly, packing and finally dispatch….our motto is

LATEST EQUIPMENT
The addition of our vertical moulding machine has increased our flexibility as we can now offer over moulding and insert loading, alongside our second operations including assembly and ultrasonic welding.
Our extensive range of injection moulding machines give Amber Mouldings the capability to produce plastic mouldings up to 540 Gramme shot weight.
