Here at Amber Valley we have all come together and donated as many things as possible for our HUGE collection for Ukraine!
Our collection for Ukraine includes backpacks, sleeping bags, blankets, thermals, nappies & sanitary products, painkillers, camping mats, tents, & LOTS of warm clothes!
The UN estimates that more than 1.7 million refugees have crossed into neighboring countries since the outbreak of war in Ukraine.. We hope with our donations we will be able to help keep some of these people warm in such terrible circumstances.
We will be dropping off our collection at TGW in Market Harborough.
Kibworth Easy Riders cycling club is teaming up with Market Harborough-based logistics firm TGW to throw their weight behind refugees in Poland.
Mark Evans, Keith Low and Gavin Gough plan to make the 1,500-mile drive to Poland later this month with a van load of vital supplies.
