Amber Valley Developments are delighted to announce the launch of their Direct Vision Standard (DVS) system.
This is a truly plug and play system and the whole system is fully function tested prior to despatch.
The system is designed around our Speed and indicator hub which is completely sealed and the unit can operate no matter what camera or sensors are used.
All the component parts Side camera system, side sensor system and talking left turn alarm are fitted with Superseal connectors and then the complete system is tested.
Not only does this mean that with a small amount of training the system does not require a skilled Auto Electrician to fit it.
You simply need to go behind the dashboard once thereby not interfering with the vehicle electrics everytime something new is added.
Even more beneficially fault finding is simpler as you can test each individual item in turn by unplugging it and plugging in a light to see if power is present and the whole process becomes a process of elimination which can be performed with minimal guidance over the phone.
The DVS systems can be upgraded by adding extra cameras or Alarmalight instead of the standard alarm, this is particularly valuable when it has now been shown that there is a 25% increase in fatalities caused by people not hearing warnings either because they are audibly challenged or wearing headphones.
